Find everything you need to know and all the important information about your stay at the Alpengasthof Hohe Burg in the free "Gastfreund" app. Simply click on the link and the portal will open. You can now explore the portal either with your PC or smartphone or download the free app directly with your smartphone. This way, you not only have everything you need to know about your holiday at the Hohe Burg with you, but you can also access it at any time!
Your room or apartment at Hohe Burg will be available to you from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and want to set off straight away exploring the surrounding mountains, you can leave your luggage safely and free of charge with us at the Hohe Burg. If you are arriving after 10 pm, please let us know so that we can make sure you can check in easily on arrival.

You are welcome to pay your bill the day before departure.
If you leave early, please understand that you will be charged for all the days booked. This is why we always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms as well as in the restaurant.
As a guest at the Hohe Burg, you have free access to our wellness area with sauna, bio-sauna, sauna for you, infra-red cabin, experience shower, relaxation room and lockable changing area.
Our rooms & apartments are all equipped with flat-screen TVs. There is also the option to use the TV in the restaurant.
Smoking is prohibited in the closed rooms of our hotel. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, on the terrace or balcony.
In winter, your equipment is in good hands in our spacious, heated ski room. You will also find a separate room for preparing your skis.
There is a mini-shop directly opposite where you can find everything for your daily needs.
For both external visitors and room & apartment guests, our restaurant is open from 6 pm to 8:30 pm from Thursday to Sunday. Changes possible depending on the season.

There is a free car park in front of the hotel.

You can use our hot-top whirlpool for €15 per person. We ask you to pre-register the day before so that we have enough time to prepare everything for you. A maximum of 5 people can relax in the whirlpool at once. It is also available for use by non-residents.
You can park your bike free of charge in our bike garage. There is also a washing and repair kit available for our guests.
All guests receive a free Wipptal guest card for the duration of their stay at the Hohe Burg in Trins. With it, you can enjoy many benefits and great discounts on many activities in the region.
We charge the following amounts for the final cleaning of the apartments:
Of course you can also park your e-bike in the garage. You can rent top e-bike models from us for as little as € 35.00 per day.
Thursday to Sunday from 6 pm to 8:30 pm you can enjoy a delicious 4-course menu with fresh salad buffet in our restaurant. Dinner can be booked individually for apartment guests for € 45.

As a guarantee for your booking we ask you to deposit a credit card. In addition, we ask you to transfer a pre-payment of 30% of the booking price 4 weeks before the start of your holiday in order to fix your stay in the High Castle.
So that we can prepare our rooms and apartments in time for the next arriving guests, we ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Of course, you can leave your luggage with us at the Hohe Burg until your final departure.
The use of our wellness area is free of charge for our hotel and apartment guests. Non-residents can also treat themselves to a day of relaxation in our day spa. We charge € 20.00 per person per day.

From 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. you can enjoy our rich Wipptaler mountain breakfast buffet with regional products and home-made dishes. In addition, for all those who are already up and about, there is an equally delicious early bird breakfast from 6:30 a.m.
