We’d love it if you chose to travel by public transport, and we’re happy to help you with that: From Innsbruck train station or Brenner train station, we will also pick you up at Steinach am Brenner train station for an additional charge, subject to availability. Please contact us in good time to arrange a pick-up - otherwise there is also the option of continuing to Trins by bus.

Top connections to Trins

The train goes first to Innsbruck. Coming from Germany, these are some of the connections to Innsbruck:

  • 7x daily from Munich with the Eurocity
  • 1x daily e.g. from Mannheim, Stuttgart with Intercity
  • 1x daily with Nightjet from Düsseldorf, Cologne, Hamburg, Hanover

Once you have reached Innsbruck's main station, you can continue with the S3/S4 express train in the direction of Brenner to Steinach am Brenner station. Once there, take either bus line 4146 in the direction of Gschnitz to the Trins - Tiroler Hof stop, where you will find the Alpengasthaus Hohe Burg just 100 m away. Or you can take advantage of our hotel shuttle (for an additional charge), which will take you to your holiday home in just a few minutes. Welcome!
